WHO IS WHO: Bianca Balti

The road to success is “too typical model” of Lombardy.

Bianca Balti is included in the “triad” highest-paid models, Italians together in Mariacarla Boscono and Eva Riccobono. She was born in 1984 in the town of Lodi, in Lombardy. Bianca from early youth went to the auditions, but she consistently refuses. For example, Elite Model Management stated that it was “too typical model looks.”

When Bianca already buried dreams of modeling career, she went to work as a saleswoman in a supermarket. It was there and noticed her agent do not agree with his colleagues – he saw a young girl a lot of potential and quickly found for her first sentence – shoot for the cover of L’Officiel.

In 2005, she also participated in the fashion show Victoria’s Secret and was filmed for their catalog.

In 2007, Bianca gave birth to a daughter, Matilda, for which a break from work. However, in 2008, she tried her hand as an actress – starred in Abel Ferrara «Go Go Tales». Immediately after that, she went back to their main profession, it has become the new face of the international campaign, Cesare Paciotti and replaced Angelina Jolie in the brand of the person St. John.

The latest breakthrough Bianchi – is shooting with Karl Lagerfeld for the 2011 Pirelli calendar.
