A new charitable initiative combining the expertise of concept store LE66 Dubai and Friends of Cancer Patients (FoCP) is to be launched this October.
The collaboration will draw attention to breast cancer awareness and the annual ‘Movember’ campaign, a global initiative highlighting issues surrounding men’s health. Celebrities, brands, and social media influencers will play various roles from designing custom t-shirts to giving inspirational talks.
The world-renowned concept store has taken traditional charity a step further by contributing through fashion designed by celebrities, ensuring a high-impact impression both with fans of LE66 and FoCP.
The most recent edition of LE66, located in City Walk, will play host to the charity event featuring men’s and women’s t-shirts personally designed by celebrities and influencers, which will be on sale throughout October, November and December.
One hundred percent of profits will go to FoCP, whose ‘Pink Caravan’ initiative travels throughout all seven emirates every year, spreading breast cancer awareness and offering free medical check-ups, and the ‘Shanab’ initiative, which encourages boys and men in the UAE to talk about their health, helping them to recognise the early signs and symptoms of prostate and testicular cancer.
The fashion designers include such well-known names in the UAE as fashion entrepreneur, digital influencer and media persona, Rosemin Manji, Emirati entrepreneur, motivational speaker and FoCP Board Member Anas Bukhash, founder of W Gents Salon Omar Al Busaidy, style influencer Nina Zandnia, Dubai food and lifestyle blogger Naomi d’Souza, and Omar Borkan who became an internet sensation in 2015 as the Gulf’s most handsome man.

Local and international brand favourites are also taking part, offering their own t-shirt variations. Dubai’s urban food experience, Salt, and design gurus Creative Clinic are also contributing their own artistic designs. All t-shirt designs are available at the LE66 location in City Walk, and retail between AED 150 and AED 220.
These local and international celebrities will also host evening talks throughout October and November at LE66 on topics such as creativity and conscious living.
The event is billed as a great chance to not only buy limited edition t-shirts, expand horizons and meet celebrities, but also a wonderful opportunity to help cancer patients and their families going through an exceptionally difficult time in their lives.
