Abu Dhabi’s most celebrated Latin American dining sensation presents its eminent ceviche masterclasses with Head Chef Roland Puse. Each masterclass is reserved for just six guests for an intimate and engaging experience. Guests are welcomed at the venue with COYA’s famous drink, then guided by the chef to prepare and taste the restaurant’s signature ceviches. The chef opens the interactive masterclass with an exciting introduction about Peruvian Cuisine followed by a live demonstration of how to make the famous ceviche. Guests are then invited to prepare and taste their own ceviche, followed by a set lunch menu.
Signature ceviches include: Lubina Classica, a heavenly combination of Sea Bass, red onion, white corn and sweet potato; Dorada Criolla: a delightful blend of Sea Bream, Aji Amarillo, crispy corn and coriander; and finally, Atun Chifa: the amazing mixture of Yellowfin Tuna, sesame seeds, crackers and soy.
