Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Pastryology, a quaint cafe nestled in Marina Cubes, celebrated their first birthday with family and friends, and key food bloggers on February 2019.
Treated to special, individual, mini versions of Pastryology’s famous Birthday Cake, guests enjoyed the beautiful port sunset as they indulged in sweet treats from the eclectic menu, which pay homage to flavors from around the world. The birthday vibe at the venue was elevated by live music from up and coming artist Adelrahman Al Jindi.
“Over the past year, we have seen challenges, victories, and most importantly, the fruit of all our hard work – turning from dream idea to reality,” says Aisha Sharaf, Co-Founder of Pastryology. “We wanted to bring a signature offering into the market and I believe we have done that, but, not without the constant support from friends and family, our loyal and new customers, our vendors and of course, to all the guests who joined in on the celebration with us.”
Continuing celebrations till the end of February, Pastryology will be offering patrons an exclusive deal of 50% off on all coffees from 10AM to 1PM, every day, till the end of February.
The concept is the brainchild of Emirati couple, Aisha Sharaf and Tariq Taher. While Tariq hails from a background in business, finance and hospitality operations, it was Aisha’s passion for baking and skills acquired from acclaimed patisserie institute, Le Cordon Bleu, that fueled the introduction of a pastry shop that elevated ordinary sweet treats to an indulgent and luxurious culinary experience.
