Elisabetta Franchi, founder of the prêt-à-porter brand Made in Italy that bears her name and creator of a feminine style, is ready to land on Piazza Affari following the business combination with Spactiv. The listing is expected within the first quarter 2020 on the Aim segment of theItalian Stock Exchange.
Betty Blue Spa, the company owned by the designerElisabetta Franchi, and Spactiv, the Spac promoted by Maurizio Borletti, Paolo De Sprit and Gabriele Bavagnoli have reached an agreement to be integrated; the merger will support the growth process of the brand Elisabetta Franchi, reality of the fashion industry with a 2019 estimated turnover of about 123 million with an increase of 6,4% compared to 2018 and a widespread distribution worldwide that today is made of 84 mono-brand stores, of which 8 outlets and around 1.100 multi- brand stores in the most important cities of the world.
